A collection of letters written by Corporal Charles William McCormick of Soldiers Grove, Wis. while he was serving in Co. B of the 128th Infantry (32nd Div.) during World War I. The letters span the entire period of his service from his training at Camp Douglas (Wis.), Camp MacArthur (Tex.), and Camp Merrit (N.J.) until his death in the battle of Juvigny (Aisne) on Sept. 4, 1918.
